KD FLOORING LLC warrants all wood floor installation labor for TWO years from the date of installation, as long as the original purchaser of the wood floor occupies the building.
All finish product (structural and finish) warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
This Warranty does not cover the following items:
Damage related with abuse of the covered items by any person;
Damage resulting from floods ,water damage, sub-grade moisture conditions, or acts of God;
Damage related to customer’s failure to control humidity and temperature levels within the home
Damage caused by structural conditions of the building.
Damages caused by mold
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to maintain the wood floor by following the particular manufacturer maintenance guidelines.
KD FLOORING LLC endorses each particular manufacturer’s disclaimers and exclusions, and these become a part of our installation labor warranty.
